We may modify features or discontinue services with reasonable notice via email or website updates.
Talvren does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for downtime beyond reasonable control.
Users agree to abide by conduct rules ensuring respectful and lawful interaction when accessing Talvren’s platform.
Users may submit content including documents and information relevant to their wealth and estate management.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Talvren a license to process and use such content for service provision.
Submitted content licenses enable Talvren to store, analyze, and share internally as necessary to deliver services.
Users are responsible for legality and accuracy of submitted content and ensuring no infringement of rights occurs.
Talvren may remove content violating terms or illegal content upon identification or complaint.
Talvren owns all intellectual property rights to platform features, designs, and proprietary materials provided through its services.
Certain advanced features and personalized consulting services from Talvren require paid subscriptions or fees.
Pricing is disclosed transparently prior to purchase and subject to change with prior notice.
Payments must be made via accepted methods before service activation to ensure uninterrupted access.
Subscription plans may auto-renew unless canceled ahead of renewal date within specified terms.
Refund eligibility is evaluated case-by-case according to usage and compliance with refund policies.
Clients can cancel subscriptions at any time; termination effects detailed in subscription agreement.
